Do not sell or share my personal information

When you fill in a form on CXO Insights, we pass your details to the brand named on the form, and the brand pays us for running its campaign. Under California law and the laws of some other US states, this may count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. You have the right to ask us to stop.

Make a request

Fill in this form with the email address you use on our forms. Once we've processed it, we won't sell or share personal information linked to that email address, including from any forms you fill in later.

We'll act on your request within 15 business days. We don't charge for this, and we won't treat you differently for asking. Brands that have already received your details handle them under their own privacy policies; you can also contact them directly.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out for that browser.

Asking for someone else

If you're an authorised agent acting for someone, email privacy@prospectbase.com with proof that you can act for them.
